Title: Building 434 Roof Replacement
Location of Work: Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT Description of Work: The scope of this project is the removal and replacement of the existing roof systems for Building 434 at Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, Connecticut. The work includes associated incidental construction necessary to provide a complete and functional roofing system. (Attachement B)
*PLEASE NOTE: ONLY Building 434 is to be bid on. Even though the SPECs include Building 430. THIS RFP IS ONLY FOR BUILDING 434.
Estimate Range: $1,000,000 to $2,500,000.

Time for Completion: All work shall be completed within 365 calendar days after contract award.
