Below are clarification questions received (exactly as written), and FFDG’s answers for the above-referenced solicitation: Q1: Can you please provide the submittal data for the Flowserve Pump?

A1: Attached.

Q2: Can you confirm if Sharpe series 17L Ball Valves are acceptable for this project? They are listed on the BOM (F10151066), but are not domestically sourced (do not comply with BUY AMERICAN). A2: Pursuant to FAR Subpart 25.1 and clause 52.225-1, the ball valves are Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) items and are not subject to the BAA.
Q3: Can you please provide specification section 23 05 29 of document 230529-1?. A3: Attached.

Q4: Can you please provide or confirm the concrete specifications for the pump bases? A4: Attached.
