PART 1 - GENERAL

1.1 SUMMARY

A. Section Includes:

1. Clay roof tiles over underlayment nailed to wood roof sheathing. Section also includes related flashing installation and other requirements specific to the above.

1.4 PREINSTALLATION MEETINGS

A. Conduct pre-installation meeting at project site minimum 30 days before beginning Work of this section.

1. Required Participants:

1) Contracting Officer's Representative.
2) Architect/Engineer (at the request of the VA COR and as contracted for the site visit).
3) Contractor.
4) Installer.
5) Manufacturer's field representative (as required by
manufacturer to ensure warrantied installation).
