Unit rates shall be all inclusive (excluding bond costs), covering all labor (direct hourly wage, fringe benefits, FICA, NY State unemployment insurance, workmen’s compensation), supervision, equipment, legal disposal costs, liability/property insurance, safety equipment, mobilization, and demobilization. All work must meet all Local, State and Federal requirements. All unit rates and indirect rates shall be firm for the Agreement term.
Acknowledgment of Amendments: The offeror acknowledges receipt of amendments to the solicitation – enter number and date for each. Failure to do so will render your offer submission non-responsive. Amendment No.
