Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (“BSA”) has entered into a Prime Contract with the United States of America (“the Government”), as represented by the United States Department of Energy (“DOE”), to operate the Brookhaven National Laboratory (“BNL”). In furtherance of the Prime Contract, BSA desires to contract for certain work described below.
