WWYK250063 - INSTALL REACT VII FACILITY, B9001, POST V19 - This is a hybrid design build project to add a new React Facility in B9001. The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consist of furnishing all design, plant, labor, tools, transportation, travel, equipment, materials (except Government–furnished materials) and any other incidentals necessary for the install of a new React Facility in B9001.

11. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 240 calendar days after receiving award,

notice to proceed. This performance period is
