Project Location: Rome, NY 13441
A. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items to renovate the H8 Laboratory of Building 3 in accordance with all applicable specifications/drawings (attached) and other federal and local regulations. B. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside in accordance with RFO 19.104. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with an associated small business size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue.
C. Anticipated period of performance is 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed D. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time before or after the closing date.

11. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days after receiving award,

notice to proceed. This performance period is

mandatory

negotiable. (See FAR 52.211-10 ).
