BUILDING 555 - REPLACE SEMINAR ROOM AHU

The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, tools and equipment to furnish and install the new AHU in B555. The Basic Ordering Contractor shall provide the services related to the tasks outlined in this Specification and the Drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of the following: •

Demolition of the old AHU, ductwork, and associated piping connections Connection of the Low-pressure steam systems
Sanitary, waste, and vent system installation
Chilled and condenser water system connections
Refrigerant system charges as applicable
Supply, rigging, and installation of the Air-conditioning unit into the space Ductwork system connection
Insulation for ductwork and piping

Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications (Attachment 1) and Design Drawing (Attachment 2).
