Historically, the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron (30 CES) has requested two (2) personnel for each support function (Power, HVAC, and Electrical) to be staged at the Disaster Control Center (DCC) during launch operations. This dual-manning posture for standby emergency corrective action has been the standard support model under the current Launch Operations Support Contract (LOSC) and is expected to continue under the Facility Readiness and Maintenance Execution (FRAME) contract. The staffing levels shown in this template reflect that established and anticipated requirement.
