OVERVIEW

The purpose of this Commissioning Plan is to provide details/structure related to the implementation of the commissioning process. This plan describes commissioning protocols and activities that shall occur throughout the design, construction, acceptance, occupancy, and warranty phases. This is a transient or “live” document that will be updated by the Commissioning Authority (Burns and McDonnell) throughout the project; updates will be provided to the Commissioning Team for review and comment prior to edits being noted as final.
