The above equipment was tested and found satisfactory in conformance with IEEE C37.20 series of Metal-clad or Metal-Enclosed switchgear standards, specifically those sections pertaining to production tests.

MECHANICAL TESTS:

Physical tests and inspections were conducted to assure conformance with drawing requirements and manufacturing specifications.

Switchgear structures were tested to assure proper functioning of shutters, interlocks, disconnect contacts, etc., and were gauged to assure uniformity of the structure and interchangeability of circuit breaker elements.

ELECTRICAL TESTS:

Instrument, relay, heaters and control wiring, together with their connected devices, were functional and operated at normal rated current and/or voltage and proper performance of the devices demonstrated.

When provided, grounding of metal case and/or frames of instrument transformers, to the switchboard ground bus, was verified by a voltage test of 10v or less.

Sequential operation of devices so connected was tested per the Elementary and/or Schematic diagrams and found satisfactory.
Continuity check of all circuit wiring was performed to verify conformance to circuit diagrams. Manually operated circuit breakers were operated and checked for proper function. Dielectric testing was performed in accordance with the requirements of IEEE C37.20 series, with no failures.
This is to certify that the items and services comply with the applicable specification, purchase order, and drawing requirements. Final testing of the apparatus was performed as described in the attached Test Document and indicates full conformance with the requirements of the Purchase Order.
